Depending on the size of your group, your starting point and destination, our specialised teams, assisted by a dedicated transport department, will help you choose your mode of transport while respecting your wishes and your specifications.
As an association recognised as being of public utility, MIJE is committed to sustainable development. It offers transport alternatives for most of the scheduled destinations by calling on service providers who are themselves concerned and involved in this approach.
In partnership with the FOXP2 association, MIJE is committed to providing a consultancy service during the preparation phase of inclusive school trips and uses its experience to find a solution for each particular case.
Travelling by TRAIN “Europe’s railways are all yours”
The train is the most environmentally friendly mode of transport and one of the most comfortable for your group.
It is ideal for stays in the city centre and also for combining with public transport to your destination. It also allows you to avoid long distances on the road, with the possibility of using a coach for excursions once you are onsite. MIJE has real expertise in this mode of transport for both domestic (France and pre-routing) and international journeys.
Thanks to the variety of booking software we use, and our various certifications, we have real-time access to all the railway offers of the major European companies: SNCF (TGV / THALYS / EUROSTAR…), THELLO / TRENITALIA and DEUTSCHE BAHN (in an exclusive group partnership).

Travelling by COACH “All roads no longer lead just to Rome”
MIJE rigorously selects coach companies for your safety and comfort. Picking you up from the school gates, the coach remains a key element for school trips, offering unrivalled flexibility for organising tours. Private coaches are often the most economical form of transport when a group includes more than 35 participants.
To ensure a better quality of service, for the destinations concerned, MIJE no longer provides accommodation for drivers in host families. They therefore benefit from greater comfort and better rest conditions.
Our range of service providers offers us the possibility of organising trips for all group sizes. Large capacity vehicles can transport two classes simultaneously and our specialist partners have vehicles adapted for people with reduced mobility. The challenges of sustainable and responsible development are now constants among our partners (training, eco-driving, the lowest polluting motorisation standards, etc.).
The alternative to regular line coaches: unbeatable fares!
As part of our mission to “encourage mobility for as many people as possible”, MIJE has chosen to offer programmes that include transport by regular line coaches, with direct connections only. The fares are unrivalled and the level of equipment and comfort of the vehicles is particularly high (Wi-Fi, electrical sockets and USB…). We collaborate with FLIXBUS, whose highly developed European network can provide multiple solutions and can be used for excursions.
Travelling by PLANE “A journey on wings”
MIJE cooperates with major “regular” (Air France, Iberia, British Airways, Lufthansa…) and “low-cost” (Transavia, EasyJet, Vueling…) airlines on a European scale. We study the various possibilities according to your location and existing routes. Distance reductions, time taken to reach educational discovery destinations and the democratisation of fares are all important elements in the context of school trips. Airline companies are progressively taking action to find answers in the context of environmentally responsible development (building materials, motorisation, fuel…) and some are already offering carbon offsetting initiatives.
Our consultants’ know how will allow you to take advantage of the best opportunities. Pricing is linked to “yield management” aimed at optimising occupancy and turnover.
